A Farewell to Arms by Ernest Hemingway
If you come with me to a Gogol Bordello show, I will love you for ever and ever. Until the day I die. And after, if I’m capable of doing so. I’m quite serious.
I mean, I guess I could always just go by myself. But it’s a show for dancing and singing out loud along with friends.
for telling me about Harry’s New York Bar in Paris, France. I cannot wait to go check out this place. Apparently a lot of the new favorites at Craft & Commerce in San Diego were influenced by the cocktails at this bar. AND Ernest Hemingway used to go there.
I just checked the weather in France … it had not hit me until this very moment that I’m going to be in France for two months. And I leave in 10 days.
Needless to say, I giggled for about 5 minutes.
For a hot second, I decided to buy eager beaver tickets to Outside Lands but they’re sold out already. I think the gods of my bank account are looking out for me.
I just heard back from the Chicago School of Psychology and I got accepted! I’m so fucking excited and happy. I actually started crying. I really needed this good news, the past few months have been hell for me and I was really beginning to think nothing good was ever going to happen to me again. I’m super excited to move back to Los Angeles (the campus is in Westwood).
